Hi Experts,
We are facing the below issue for couple of user id.
The work item (background) is remaining in ready status when the prior dialog step is completed(i.e approved or rejected) by a particular id. This work item just updates a custom table.
Can you please give me pointer as to what could be the reason and the way forward.
