Read numerous post but could not find the solution. So here is my requirement, once PR is saved then email should trigger parallel to SAP Inbox.
The email can be a notification email or approval.
For your information
--> PR release strategy working fine with workflow for workflow template 38 and object type BUS2009.
---> SAP user Inbox get the PR release notification and further action can happen from here fro approval / reject ( standard functionality only)
--> SCOT configuration is working fine ,
--> Able to send the email from User Workplace (Inbox ) Manually
--> SU01 and communication type maintained
--> So16 has been set for radio - Sent to home address of users.
I do not want to process from User workplace - My understanding is once PR is saved and workflow triggers, It should actually sent both
an email AND in work item for PR release in User SAP Inbox parallelly. Do I need to set up any custom workflow.
Any idea what could be missing here ?
