Extend notification for different workflow template

Hai Gurus,

I have question about extended notification for different workflow template,

in case have 2 workflow tempalte, ex :

1. Workflow for Release purchase order.

2. Workflow for notification isq21.

I am already setting for extended notification workflow in swnconfig and run swn_selsen, workflow number one is running done with sending email notification to outlook with email body template which has been set in swnconfig,

but client need to add one new workflow for notification iqs21, when we setting this workflow and create task, workflow already run when iam test, but email body template notification same with workflow number one.

can i distinguish setting for email body template in swnconfig for different workflow?
