Can anyone give an idea how to display a form with some text + input fields, Text is holding in a multi line container.
I want to display Text (10 lines) and some input fields + options to approve/reject form.

Is it possible to edit the Form, I would like to keep below options.
Approve, Reject, Cancel, Approve Partial . Is it possible? Any alternative solution. Kindly note that I must get some input values from the approver.

Hi Experts,
This SAP standard workflow WS20001003 triggers for parked invoices via MIR7 i.e. invoices with status RBKP-RBSTAT = 'A' . is there way to configure this to trgger for RBKP-RBSTAT = '1' and '3'?
'1' -> Defined for background verification
'3' -> With Errors
If this cannot be configured for the above scenarios, is there any other workflow that can be used for status '1' and '3'.

Hi,
I am trying to create a new Distribution List in ECC using T-code SO23.
The system is not allowing me to create a new Shared Folder (step in creating the DL).
Instead, I get a message saying 'Folder does not exist' (message code :SO 005)
I do not have this issue in either the 000 client or in the quality system. I check the authorization objects and general SAP Ofiice settings. Everything looks identical between the systems.
I would appreciate if any of you have any suggestions/advice?

We are merging two clients sometime in the future. Business side R/3 and HR. For Workflow, we have index table ZARIxbc1. This exists in both clients. What is the best practices for naming ZARI tables and merging? Is there a way to create ZARIxbc2 in HR client so we won't overritght data? Or will we have to merge all data from HR into R/3 zarixbc1?

I have a User Decision step have Decision Text
1.Accept Invoice
2.Accept Final Invoice, Closing PO Lines
3.Reject Invoice
4. Display Account Info
Now the requirement is when user click on button 'Accept Final Invoice, Closing PO Lines' A POP message should display with 'YES' and 'NO'.When user clicks on 'Yes' button what ever the functionality is there for the button 'Accept Final Invoice, Closing PO Lines' it should work and if the User clicks on 'No' button what ever functionality for the button 'Accept Invoice' should work means it should navigate to the Accept Invoice functionality.
I had used Program Exit concept and created a class and in that i had AFTER_EXECUTION method and used the function 'POPUP_TO_CONFIRM' to display POP up message once the user clicks on button 'Accept Final Invoice, Closing PO Lines' by displaying 2 options 'YES' and 'NO'.
Now the problem is i need to change the user Decision after displaying the POP up message.
Is there any way i can change the USer Decision after the POP up message display

I am trying to run the report RSBCS_REORG , but it is taking much time to delete 1 day data. almost spending 4 to 5 hours for one days data, upon checking it is spending much time over SOOD table. the stats and the index storage quality is fine. please guide me what could be the reason for spending much time over the same SQL. everything is perfect from performance point of view, but not sure what could be the cause. I have many years of data to delete. I am able to execute the other reports to delete private folders/dark folders/hidden folders data, but the main report RSBCS_REORG is the only one which is bothering us. please see the SQL as attached.

I have fixed the code and tried workflow after error still is in error status. What is your advise on this. One more point I want to ask if we miss any agent etc. and our WF stuck in some step (with In process not in error status) then how can we proceed it manually what should do in this case in safe manner where WF not get to loss.

Our company is now on implementation phase of sap b1 project.
We have different steps and process for each form and a form is ready when all of its process completes.
For example our purchase has these processes.
All the steps are related to each other for example we can’t fill importation information(step 3) before registering proforma information (step 1).
Also we can’t go to next step before finishing this step. For example we can’t GRPO before finishing PO process.
Our consultant now suggested us lots of UDFs without any control on process also prevent us from using workflow because he has no good opinion about using workflow in the first year of implementation.
We can’t use approval procedure cause during approval, form fields are lock and we can’t fill out them.
Using work flow can be useful for us?
Is there any different solution?

I am new to sap workflow. I have a requirement to create a workflow for PO approval. The requirement is as follows
When the PO is created, the workflow will trigger and it will go for approval to first level approver ( get a new workflow in SBWP) and when the first level approver release the PO it will go to the second level approver.
I am using a copy of the standard workflow WS20000075. For me when a PO is created it will go for approval to the first approver but when the he release the PO it will not go to the second level approver.
For the start Event I am using Object Type : BUS2012 and Event of the Object as RELEASESTEPCREATED. I use TS20000166 task and assign both the user in it.
Please see the below screen for your reference.

We have a client requirement to be able for the 'Approver' to send an workitem for review to 'Reviewers' before deciding to approve or reject the same. The reviewer should also receive the workitem in the inbox and be able to answer with a yes/no on the same. Also, the main workitem processing should remain with the Approver i.e they should be able to approve or reject the workitem even without receiving a response from the reviewer.
Any inputs about how to achieve this in system ?

We are moving our business R/3 to HANA this year. Next year, we plan to merge in our HR client. I am trying to plan ahead of this merge and I see an issue.
Both clients WI_ID start at zero. We never planned to merge, so no one apparently thought to make the number ranges different. We have unique number ranges for WFs, tasks, etc. But not the WI_ID. Just changing the number ranges 'now' won't help because if someone goes to retrieve an archived WF, there will be 2 WFs with same WI_ID.

We have strange issue in Open Text VIM . We posted Docuemnt thorugh workflow and in some case we can view Images after posting accounting docuemnt but in some cases not .
I did some resarch on this and found that Generally Sap create 3 entries in TOA01 for any DP with 3 Business Object type .
as attached ,
But When i looked soe other DP where Image for missing in VIM i found 2 entries in Table TOA01 . Object typoe BUS2081 entries was missing . What could be reason and what is soluton .

I need to call a custom screen on double clicking a standard workitem in SBWP. the workitem is generated by a user decision step. Instead of navigating to standard screen with approve/reject buttons i need to call a custom screen with similar functionality to the standard screen(but not exactly the same functionality).
Do i call this screen inside a standard task using BO. should i make this tasks and method advance with dialog. where do i call this activity step in the workflow. should i replace the user decision step with this activity step? Please guide me here
