CV02n - Workflow

Dear Experts,

 

I am beginner in workflow. Created customized work flow for cv02n Tcode  for sending mails. with reference  to sample workflow for purchase orer  given in website.

 

followed below steps.

 

Create a new business object with reference to DRAW.

 

Create Events , created template using pfnc_ins.

 

In  Activated BADI DOCUMENT_MAIN01. 

 

Method : BEFORE_SAVE  call the FM   SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT and  sy-subrc becomes intial.

 

Created method in swo1

 

 

in SWDD created new step

e. In „Task Properties‟, set the attribute of „Agent Assignment‟ as „General Task‟ by clicking red button next to it

 

After following step e. my task complete not  becomes green.

 

Kindly need your guidance.

SWBP(SAP inbox) : 'Created By' column name not visible in SAP inbox layout

Hello Experts,

When i try to change the layout in sap inbox workplace at workflow task level but i am not able to see the 'CREATED BY' column name in the layout display section while other user able to see that option ,we checked role and authorization  with user who's able to see that column in their layout .

When we try to apply the layout which have 'CREATED BY' column but  still it is not visible in my sap workflow inbox .


Please suggest.

Hi, I work in this moment with the workflow for change personal data of employee, with the BO object PERSDATA, but recently the system send a error Nº mensaje: WL821 and Nº mensaje: SWF_EXP_001073 like others errors.

 

Seems that the object PERSDATA don't contains any information.

 

Work item 000000015287: No es posible ejecutar objeto FLOWITEM, método EXECUTE.

Nº mensaje: WL821

 

No se ha podido determinar el valor del componente "PERSDATA"

SAP Workflow: Determination of Last Agent

     Hello Experts,

 

I need to get the last agent who approved the request, in workflow.

 

Please help with your inputs how can I get the last agent, so that I can trigger the rejection email to last approver if the second one rejects it. Thanks !!

SAP PS Workflow: Terminating Events in dialog task

Hello Experts,

 

I request your inputs/help for issue I am facing with terminating events in Dialog Task.

 

I have a requirement for PS workflow for claim review and approval. The scenario is like: Once the claim notification gets generated in CLM1 a workflow should get triggered and be routed to Reviewer. Reviewer would change the status of notification to ZREV and user status would be updated in JEST as E0001 and should get routed to Approver and he would make the status to ZAPR and E0002 in JEST.

 

However I am stuck with terminating event. I am giving the event from BOR BUS7050 but it never gets raised and my task remains InProcess always

 

Please suggest a solution. Your helpful inputs would be appreciated and rewarded. Thanks !!

I have prepared a class and its corresponding event method also..

The workflow is not a BO based workflow.

Change document for BKPF-STBLG

Hi All,

I am having trouble generating a change document when the field BKPF-STBLG (Reversed Document Number) is populated via FB08.

This particular field's data element is flagged for change documents and SCDO contains several standard "BKPF type" change document objects.

 

This should be easy so what am I missing?

Rejection reason in SAP workflow

Hello All,

 

I am trying to give a popup for entering the rejection reason in user decision step. I have created a method and added the logic in that to call the text box. When I execute the workflow, I get the below error.

The container also has value for requester

I have also tried giving initial value for the container field but still I get the same error.

Can someone please let me know if I am missing something?

User Decision Display : Work Item disappearing after clicking back

Hello Experts,

 

I am working on Service Entry Sheet Approval Workflow and as a part of the approval process, I have included a User Decision Step to Approve/ Reject/ Display the service entry sheet.

 

I am using the standard BO Display method available in the BUS2091. When I click on the Display, I am able to see the right SES but as soon as I click back, the Decision Work Item disappears.

I have tried using Confirm end of Processing option. All it does is gives a pop up asking to Complete Work Item or Cancel. In both cases, the work item disappears.


If possible can you please advise me on how to achieve this? If you can attach a screenshot that would be quite helpful.

unable to trigger the workflow through event programatically

Hi,

 

I am able to trigger the workflow through SWDD..

It takes an importing parameter imp1 and provides an exporting parameter.

 

But when I try to trigger the workflow through the event through the function module SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT, programmatically,

the function module is unable to pass the importing parameter to the task of the workflow from the function module...

Offline workflow approval from Lotus notes

I am trying to implement Offline workflow approval in ECC without SAP Logon from Lotus notes. I have written the mailto link inside the method AFTER_WI_CREATION as '<a href="mailto:eccoffline@ecc-dev.company.com?subject=A' lv_wid_text ' - Approve Document">APPROVE</a>  '

 

When approve/reject mail reaches Lotus notes, and click on mailto link it shows error as follows: " \\mailto:eccoffline@ecc-dev.company.com not accessible. No permission to use this network source. Contact administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions."

 

Why its showing this error? In lotus it seems like its not recognising the 'mailto link'. Can any one help me to solve this issue.

No Agent selected for the workitem.

Hi,

 

I am using a custom task to send Workitem via expression. The expression is having the correct agent name. But the when I am opening the log in SWIA, its showing no agent select. I have even checked the attributes and its maintained as General Task.

 

The same thing is working fine in DEV, but not working in QA.

 

Please suggest.

SAP Workflow: Workflow log not appearing in Workflow Overview and Rejection text/reason also not coming as attachment under 'Services for Object' button

Hello Gurus,

 

My workflow log is not coming in workflow overview of the document for which the workflow gets triggered. Even the rejection message also not coming in attachments section of the document.

 

The document here is the Down Payment Request created for a PO.

 

I have done the binding too from container to task for BOR and also for _Attach_Objects.

 

Please suggest and help with your valuable inputs !! Thanks

check output of rule before users get workitem

Hello there,

 

I implemented a purchase order release workflow using userexit M06E0005.

All works fine, userexit gives correct user back to workflow task TS20000166 - using rule 20000027.

 

Now my problem: I want to get hold of the possible user who is the result of above verification BEFORE he gets the workitem to process the purchase order. The reason is, that I need to check his authorisations in OM first.

 

I ascertain by userexit M06E0005, that only one user is given back to WF-rule.

 

If you have any ideas - I would be thankful.

Maybe a task which accepts rule 20000027 and offers the possible agents? I can't find one.

Executing SAP work items through outlook or lotus using extendended notificaitons

Hi All,

 

I have configured SWNCONFIG and scheduled the job SWNSELSEN.The work items are going to lotus.

 

I have some queries mentioned below.

 

1. SWNSELSEN programe is taking around 20 minutes to run because there are many(thousands of) old work items of users available in inbox.

    it is picking all the old work items(existing work items in inbox of users).Can't we stop those? can''t we send the new work items which are coming         after schedule the job?

 

2.My users have two types of work items...one is webdynpro forms...and standard work items (generated by User decision steps).

   there are around 10 different webdynpro forms.how can i give URL i.e link in SWNCONFIG to execute those from lotus or outlook.

 

3.In which step i can restrict the tasks for sending selected work items to lotus or outlook?

 

4.Can we send sap notifications(documents) to lotus or outlook?if so how?

 

I hope you understand my requirement.waiting for your help.

Workflow Activation For CRM Marketing Lead distribution

Hello Experts

After creating a lead in CRM marketing web UI , I will click on distribute button   and in next screen ,I will select ‘manual employee selection ‘ in method button , and enter employee  number and click update button.

We are good till this point .

Next, employee should get this lead to his/her outlook email box.  To enable this functionality what configuration step I need to complete apart from groupware integration. Can you pls help me to understand ?. is there some workflow needs to be activated ?.

 

At this point we are not interested in automatic lead distribution.

decision step approve or reject issue

Hi,

 

As I am pretty new to workflow, I would like to quote a scenario.

 

I have a task in my workflow which obtains the workflow ID, which is working correct.

 

After that I need to put a decision task which when executed and clicked approve, needs to update the workflow ID in a custom approve table.

 

If rejected, otherwise. May I know the procedure to do so.

 

Do I need to created activity steps for approve and reject decision and in each task, provide method which updates corresponding tables?

'Notification tab in PR workflow'

Dear experts

 

I have configured PR workflow. I need to send an notification to PR creator once PR is approved or Rejects.

I put "&_WF_INITIATOR&" in Overeall Release Requision and also put the same thing in 'Requision release step'

its working fine in QAS and Dev but not working in PRD. Nothing is coming in SOST

Also, test email is coming in SOST

By default, in Dev my WF has version 0, in QAS its 01 and on PRD in 02 but all three have the same tab and value

Linkages with Errors

Dear Team,

 

In one of the business process in EHSM, the system throws error as " Workflow not yet started, Please try again later ". As per SCN log, I tried to run SWEQADM and I could fine 2246 items with errors with the object type CL_EHHSS_PCO_INC_LC under Linkages with errors. What does this error mean. Should I redeliver them. If this the case, will all these 2246 items trigger workflow with subsequent mails if attached??? If this is the case, my client will receive thousands of mail, which they dont need. If I Delete those events, what is the after effect, what will happen to the workflow. MY objective is that the process should get complete and close the incidents. Kindly guide me as this is a priority issue. Check the attachment

standard decision task extended

Hi,

 

I am trying to use a standard decision task which ends with 827...

But the BOR and its method are hardcoded with Z BOR and its Z method..

Seems like the task is extended or hard coded...

May I know how to use the unextended or original standard decision task in my new workflow template?
